incase you're curious
how do I care for my products?
candles
- wax has a memory, on the first burn, let your candle burn to the edge of the jar to avoid tunneling
- don't burn for longer than 4 hours at a time
- always burn candle on a heat resistant surface
- keep your wick trimmed to 3-5mm before each burn
- stop burning with 10mm of wax left to prevent glass cracking, wash jar with warm, soapy water and repurpose the jar
diffusers
- flip reeds every 2-3 days for continued strong scent or 7 days to get longer use from your diffuser
- spilt diffuser oil will damage benchtops, wipe away any spillage immediately
- keep away from wood, plastic
surfaces, heat, skin, eyes, pets, children - do not injest
room and linen sprays
- do not spray directly onto surfaces

what are your scents based on?
our scents are based on things we grow on our farm. you will only find us creating products based on produce we grow in our veggie patch, our orchard, seasonal botanicals and florals or the established trees on the farm.
are you environmentally friendly?
you will find us using either glass vessels which can either be recycled or repurposed.
our product packaging and shipping packaging is also recyclable.
can I visit the farm?
at this stage we are unable to host daily visitors but we hope to offer this in the future.
what is your shipping info?
we have standard flat rate shipping at $10 Australia wide. shipping is free when you spend $150 or more.
orders are processed within 3-5 business days.
please track postage status using the tracking number provided once your order has been posted, you will receive email confirmation of this.
we don't currently offer international shipping.
what is your refund and returns policy?
change of mind
- we do not offer refund/ exchange for change of mind
damaged goods
- should your product arrive damaged, please contact us via email at hello@herdandharvestfarm.com.au stating your order number and photographic evidence
- to be eligible, you will need to contact us within 30 days of receiving your order
- a replacement will be sent to your same address
lost in transit
- we ship with Australia Post, you will be provided with the tracking number, any issues once the order is in transit are out of our control and will need to be followed up with Australia Post directly
