Dispatch & Tracking
· Orders are shipped within 2–3 business days via Australia Post
· You will receive an email with tracking details once your order is packed
· Use your order confirmation email to track your shipment
Combined Orders (Dahlia Tubers + Other Items)
· If you order dahlia tubers with other items, your entire order will be shipped in spring when the tubers are ready.
· If you’d like non-tuber items sooner, please place a separate order.
Standard Shipping (Australia-wide)
· FREE shipping: on orders over $150 (standard 2-8 business days)
· Flat rate standard shipping: $12.90 on all other orders (standard 2-8 business days)
· Flat rate express shipping: $15.00 on all other orders (express 1-4 business days)
Please note: Dahlia tubers are excluded from free or flat-rate shipping.
Dahlia Tuber Shipping Rates (Australia-wide)
Shipping is based on the number of tubers in your order:
Dahlia tuber orders are always posted with express shipping (1-4 business days)
· 1–2 tubers: $16.95
· 3–5 tubers: $22.95
· 6–10 tubers: $29.99
· 11+ tubers: $34.99
Due to quarantine regulations, we are unable to ship to WA, NT or TAS. Customers in these regions are advised to consult their local biosecurity authorities for more information.
It’s common for dahlia tubers to lose shoots or new growth during transit due to handling and movement. Don’t worry — this does not affect the health or viability of the tuber, it will reshoot and grow as normal. This is not considered damage or a fault.
Risk and responsibility
All orders are shipped and tracked via Australia Post. Risk of loss or damage to items passes to the customer upon dispatch. Once your parcel has been lodged with Australia Post, we are no longer responsible for any delays, loss, or damage that may occur during transit. While we will assist where possible in following up with Australia Post, full responsibility rests with the customer.
